Snowdon Place in Kings Park, Stirling is an upper flat conversion, bought in March, 2018.

The owner of the property bought it for £325,000 but it needed some internal upgrading.

After we completed the work, the flat was sold 6 months later for £390,000.

The biggest job in this property was ripping out and installing a new kitchen. We decided to change the layout of the kitchen to give it a more modern feel, with a large breakfast bar and a copper worktop.

The image to the left shows the kitchen during the renovation. The pipes were all removed and moved to the other side of the kitchen. 

The kitchen now feels bigger and a better space for entertaining. The kitchen has integrated appliances and corian worktop.

 

The lounge, styled with a full furniture package - all furniture, accessories and artwork.
