Property Prep specialises in preparing homes for sale or for rent.

We were established in 2003 and since then, we have styled and renovated many homes, from studio flats to Victorian mansions, for sale or rent. By improving home report scores and brochure photos, many of our projects have sold in very little time and well over the asking price. 

We provide consultations and discuss with you, our client, the best course of work to make your home sell.

At Property Prep, we offer everything from a partial furnishings and styling package, to large scale renovations.
